How it works
The path from visitor to answer is fixed: qualification review, then - if the question fits - formal admission, case handling, and answer delivery. There is no open-ended engagement and no ongoing advisory relationship.
Step 1 - Qualification
You submit your question and minimal context. Submissions are reviewed against current admission criteria. Submission does not create an engagement. If the question fits, you receive next steps; if not, you receive a brief explanation. Review is completed within 5 working days.
Step 2 - Admission
If the question meets the criteria, formal admission requires signed acceptance of the case terms and receipt of payment. Only then is the case activated. There is no obligation before that point. Pricing applies per accepted case. Each admitted case is invoiced as a separate engagement; initial admissions currently start from approximately EUR 25,000.
Final pricing depends on the agreed scope and consequence of the question. Qualification review remains the entry point; formal admission, contracting, and payment only follow after a case has been accepted.
Step 3 - Case handling
The accepted question enters a private case environment. Context and evidence are gathered in a structured way. The work follows a defined handling standard: no generic intake, no unbounded discovery.
Step 4 - Answer delivery
The outcome is a single answer deliverable: clear statement, decision context, assumptions, competing interpretations, evidence and gaps, scenario consequences, confidence boundaries, and recommended next move.
It is not a report suite or ongoing support; each accepted case results in one structured answer deliverable.
Scope
The current question family is strategic direction and allocation. Not every important question qualifies. Scope is explicit; what falls outside is declined or reframed.
Handling and confidentiality
What you provide is used only to assess your question and, if admitted, to handle the case. It is not shared with third parties or used for testimonials or reference.
Handling follows a fixed standard: controlled access, document discipline, no marketing use of case material. Trust is built through process and restraint, not through named clients or public proof.
Submit for qualification review
If you want your question assessed against current admission criteria, you can submit it for qualification review. There is no other entry.
